The Cauldron Sunday Roast

Sunday roast at The Cauldron Restaurant a very popular place, its always best to book in advance. Set on Mina Road in St Werburghs this small restaurant deals out some big flavours. These guys actually cook with fire... using a wood fired Aga style oven, fire pits and you guessed it a cauldron or two.

To start with whilst deciding on what roast to have i had the local beer Keller Pills from Lost and Grounded brewery. In the end i had to go for the mixed... roast beef, lamb and Pork with all the trimmings, lovely roasters and some tasty charred veg... Obviously i had to add the cauliflower cheese to which was on point and probably one of the best iv ever tasted.

For dessert the blood orange & dark chocolate Brownie with ice cream.
