The Pasture is a very special in Bristol. situated just opposite the Redcliffe church is a very cool seemingly converted loft style building with an impressive bar downstairs. When you come upstairs you're presented with a huge dining room. One of the first things youre bound to take notice of is the superb open kitchen and the brilliant in house dry ageing fridges.
All three meats had to be done! Turkey, Pork & Beef with roasted potatoes, leek gratin, smashed veg, parsnip and crackling. This was incredible from start to finish and definitely one of the best Sunday roast in Bristol. Book it as soon as you can!
